Message	show outside the lock nuts, if that wasn't the tutorial you used. Adjust the clutch rod at the pedal until you get about 1/2" free-play at the top. Test after warm to ensure it doesn't change and start to disengage/slip on it's own. I wouldn't change the MC unless it's giving issues.
